Here you have the list with the most common questions of our clients regarding the purchase and the provision of the service of our dinner gift. Check each point of the FAQ and sure you can solve all your doubts before buying a Mayurabox:
- I want a Mayurabox! How do I go about buying one?
Do not worry, the process is simple. Select the quantity and click on the button “Pay here” of Paypal. If you prefer to be old fashioned, you can drop by our restaurant and purchase your very own Mayurabox. - Do I have to buy my Mayurabox online?
No, if you prefer not to make your payment through Paypal, we retail Mayurabox from our restaurant. We are located on Calle Girona 57 in Barcelona, where you can buy your Mayurabox for the same price as online. The only difference being that we will not be able to personalize your message on the giftbox. - How do I customize my Mayurabox?
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will send you an email within 24 hours. In that same mail we will ask the prefered method of delivery for your giftbox and ask you to send us the personalized message you would like to include. - I haven’t decided on whom to gift a Mayurabox, must I customize it?
You don’t have to customize it, as we have already preselected a special message, suitable for any occasion. Once you’ve made your purchase we will send you an email and ask if you would like to add a personal message. The generic Mayurabox available for sale at our restaurant will have the preselected special message already included. - How do I receive my Mayurabox?
Once you have made your purchase you will receive a confirmation email asking you how you would like to receive your Mayurabox. We have two options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.- Email: We can send an email with our electronic voucher (in the form of an attached PDF file), to the address of your choice. This email includes the Mayurabox gift voucher of and all pertinent instructions required to redeem the voucher.
- Restaurant pickup: Drop by in person to pick up your Mayurabox from our restaurant on Calle Girona 57, Barcelona
- I have a Mayurabox, how do I reserve my table?
Inside the giftbox or digital Mayurabox voucher are some simple instructions for the person who will redeem the Mayurabox.- Send us an email at least 24 hours before your desired reservation, to reservas@mayuralounge.es with your reservation code and prefered date
- Within 24 hours of your mail, we will get back to you with the confirmation of your reservation
- I have received a Mayurabox and want to invite friends
No. Mayurabox is a unique gift, so sharing your table with people who do not have a Mayurabox is not possible. We suggest buying your friends a Mayurabox so that they can share your experience at Mayura. - We booked a table using our Mayurabox but we can not attend
Do not worry, you will not loose your gift as we will keep your reservation code active. All you need to do is inform us by email, at reservas@mayuralounge.es, at least 24 hours in advance, mentioning your reservation code. Remember that your Mayurabox is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. - What do I have to bring along with me for my special dinner at Mayura?
If you have received confirmation of your reservation, we just need you to come prepared to enjoy an unforgettable evening. - How I can contact Mayura?

- How long do I have to wait to receive my Mayurabox?
The process is quick and depends on the delivery option you choose. Here are our general response times:1.Mayurabox online purchase – Email purchase confirmation within 24H- Digital Voucher – Delivered within 24H
- Physical Customized Mayurabox – Available for collection at the restaurant within a maximum of five days
- Mayurabox restaurant purchase – Immediate pick-up
- Are there options for vegetarians?
Yes, all our menus have a vegetarian option. Write to us at reservas@mayuralounge.es and we will send you our vegetarian Mayurabox menu. - Can I pickup my physical Mayurabox the same day as my reservation?
No, our giftbox is an object, physical or digital, that is made at the moment. The delivery times are at least of 24-48h, and the idea is to buy it to give it as a gift and that the person entertained use it at any time after the day of delivery itself. - What are the timings of the reservations I can make with my Mayurabox?
We always give Mayurabox priority so reservations gift can be made for any time during our hours of service- Dinners from Sunday to Thursday between 20:00 to 23:00.
- Dinners during weekends only at 20:30 or 22:30
- Lunch time during weekends between 13:30 to 15:30
- Can I use my Mayurabox any day of the year?
On special dates like Valentine’s Day, St. George, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the Mayurabox can not be redeemed. On these days we usually have a special menu and events so we can not attend the Mayurabox service.
